Rustic Fusion – Egg Roll Evolution (formally called Rustic Fusion Mobile Café) is a food truck based out of Belchertown, MA. Owner, Chris Snow, created Rustic Fusion based on the concept of taking familiar food favorites and spinning them into an offering that can be hand-held. Thus, Rustic Fusion specializes in both savory and sweet hand-rolled, non-traditional egg rolls.
